How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email address. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Why can't I access my courses after payment?
Course access is usually instant. If you're having issues, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If problems persist, contact our support team.
The AI tutor isn't responding to my questions
First, check your internet connection. If that's working, try refreshing the page. For persistent issues, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings > Subscription to cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Lifetime plans don't require cancellation.
Can I download courses for offline viewing?
Yes! You can download course materials through our mobile app. Note that some interactive features require an internet connection.
My certificate didn't generate after course completion
Certificates are automatically generated when you complete all course requirements. If yours is missing, ensure you've completed all lessons and assessments.
The video lessons are buffering or loading slowly
Try lowering the video quality in the player settings. Also check your internet connection and close other bandwidth-intensive applications.
How do I change my subscription plan?
You can upgrade your plan anytime in Account Settings. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
